CareHaven is a care coordination app for caregivers of individuals with complex medical, behavioral, and developmental needs. It is a personal organization tool — not a medical device, clinical software, or substitute for professional medical, behavioral, or therapeutic care.
CareHaven is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information in the app, including AI-generated responses, is for informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Never delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or received from CareHaven.
All care data is stored on your device. You own your data. We do not access it. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.
You may not use CareHaven to: violate any law; harass or harm others; attempt to access systems without authorization; reverse engineer the app; or resell or sublicense the service.
CareHaven is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify subscribers by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
