Getting CareHaven (TestFlight & App Store)
CareHaven is an iPhone app. Right now, the way to get it is the TestFlight beta Available. A public App Store release is on the way Coming soon.

This page walks you through joining the beta and what to expect.
Join the beta
Open this link on your iPhone:
It will take you into TestFlight, where you can install CareHaven in a couple of taps. That's the whole sign-up. There is no account to create.
What TestFlight is
TestFlight is Apple's official app for trying out beta versions of apps before they reach the App Store. It's free, it's made by Apple, and it's already trusted by millions of testers.
Here's how it fits together:
- The first time you join a beta, TestFlight installs itself on your iPhone (if it isn't already there).
- From then on, TestFlight is where you tap to install CareHaven and to get each new beta update.
- Joining a beta is open to anyone with the link. We do review each new build with Apple before outside testers can install it, which usually takes under a day after a build is ready.
Being in the beta means you're seeing CareHaven a little ahead of everyone else, and your feedback genuinely shapes what ships. If something feels off or you can't find what you're looking for, that's exactly what we want to hear. See Giving feedback for how to reach us.
Every feature is unlocked in the beta
While CareHaven is in beta, every feature is turned on for you, so you can explore the whole app without anything held back. The beta starts you on the top tier, so the full app is unlocked.
CareHaven will have tiers down the road — Free, Plus, and Family — but during the beta you get everything unlocked regardless.
What you need
CareHaven runs on a fairly recent iPhone, and a few of the smarter touches need a newer model. The short version is on the What you need to run CareHaven page. It's worth a quick look before you start.
After you install
Once CareHaven is on your iPhone, opening it for the first time is calm and quick. You can either:
- Try it with demo data first. A made-up family is already filled in, so you can wander through every part of the app without typing anything. See Exploring with demo data.
- Set up the person you actually care for. A gentle, one-screen-at-a-time setup gets you going, and only the name is required. See Setting up for the first time.
Either way, everything you do stays on your iPhone. There's no account and no server. For the full picture, see Privacy comes first.
When the App Store version arrives
The public App Store release is in the works Coming soon. When it lands, anyone will be able to download CareHaven the usual way, with no beta link needed. If you're testing now, you've already helped get it there.
